Trevose Head, Cornwall

The sky was bright and clear except for a few small fluffy clouds. The angle I had planned silhouetted the bold outline of the lighthouse against the bright sky and setting sun. But the direct sunlight created too much risk of glare. Suddenly the light changed as the sun became partially obscured by a line of drifting clouds giving me a short opportunity to record the scene.

It was only when I got the film back that I knew the trip had been a success.
